Legal basis under PDPA 2010

We process your data with your consent (given when you submit a form) or where it is necessary to fulfil our educational service agreement with you. Where we process data for our legitimate interests (such as improving our programmes based on anonymised feedback), we ensure those interests do not override your rights.

We retain your contact and enrolment details for up to three years following your last interaction with us, after which records are deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7). Anonymised aggregate data (e.g. cohort size statistics) may be retained indefinitely.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate our programmes — such as our email communication platform or printed materials fulfilment — but only to the extent necessary and under written data processing agreements. These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We store participant data on password-protected systems with access limited to staff who require it. Enquiry form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment card details — any programme fees are collected via secure third-party payment channels. We review our security practices periodically and will notify affected participants without undue delay in the event of a data breach.

7. Your Rights Under PDPA 2010

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw your consent to processing (where processing is consent-based), and object to processing in certain circumstances.
