Three Programmes, One Purpose
Each of our programmes is designed around a single goal: helping you read and understand retirement-related documents with greater confidence and clarity.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How We Structure Learning
Reading First
We begin with the documents themselves — actual categories, terms, and layouts used in Malaysian retirement materials — and work through what they mean.
Peer Discussion
Group formats encourage participants to ask questions and share observations — a peer-supported approach that helps concepts settle more naturally than lecture-style delivery.
Written Reinforcement
Worksheets, reflection prompts, and printed references extend learning beyond the session — turning vocabulary into something you can return to.
Programme 01 · Workshop
Reading Your Retirement Numbers
A short three-evening workshop introducing the vocabulary commonly seen in retirement-related documents and statements — terms, categories, and how to read a basic projection sheet. The workshop is educational and does not provide product recommendations or personal advisory. Includes a printed glossary and worksheet pack for personal note-taking.
- Covers EPF statement categories and terms
- Explains how to read a basic projection sheet
- Printed glossary and personal worksheet pack included
- No advisory content — purely educational
Session Flow
Evening 1: Orientation — understanding the landscape of retirement documents in Malaysia
Evening 2: Vocabulary deep-dive — working through key terms in context
Evening 3: Reading a projection — applying vocabulary to a sample document
Programme 02 · Group
Retirement Literacy Group Programme
A six-week group educational programme that walks through the common building blocks of retirement-related thinking — life-stage planning vocabulary, common documents, household routines for reviewing long-term plans, and conversation frames for couples. The content stays educational throughout and does not include guidance on specific products or instruments. Suitable for participants beginning to approach retirement-age decisions.
- Six structured weekly sessions
- Household planning vocabulary and common documents
- Structured conversation frames for couples
- Peer-supported small group format
Programme Arc

Weeks 3–4: Common documents — what they contain and how they are structured
Weeks 5–6: Household routines and couple conversation frames
Programme 03 · Annual Track
Year-Long Retirement Reading Track
A twelve-month paced learning track combining monthly evening sessions, quarterly book-club readings on retirement-related topics, and a printed annual companion. - Printed annual companion + curated reading lists
